Independent financing sources
LVI Funding is a commercial financing advisory consultant, not a direct lender. We help clients organize and pursue requests through independent third-party lenders and financing sources. Credit decisions, underwriting, pricing, documentation and funding are controlled by the applicable financing source. Programs, terms, rates, amounts, collateral requirements, fees and availability vary by transaction, qualifications and state.
Availability and licensing
Services are offered only where permitted by law. A program shown on this website may not be offered in every state or for every property type. No representation is made that every financing source or program is available to every visitor.
SBA programs
SBA financing, when available, is provided through participating lenders and remains subject to lender and SBA eligibility requirements. LVI Funding is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration and does not use the SBA logo.

We try to keep website information current, but lending programs and requirements can change without notice. Visitors should verify material terms in the applicable lender’s written disclosures and final loan documents.
